The Challenge
Personal injury marketing has an unusual problem: the people who will eventually need an attorney usually are not looking for one today.
Justice Pays had deep experience and strong local credibility, but its social presence wasn't translating that authority into consistent visibility. At the start of the campaign, its Facebook page had only 24 followers, no video content, essentially no engagement, and no strategic connection between social content and potential cases.
The opportunity was not simply to advertise the firm.
It was to make the attorneys familiar before the moment of need.
The Strategy
I built the campaign around one central insight:
You aren't only marketing to accident victims. You're building recognition with people who may need an attorney later.
The strategy was designed around repeated exposure and familiarity rather than relying on a single advertisement or viral moment.
Two attorneys became the recurring faces of the campaign, but each was positioned differently.
Danny Murphy was developed as the relatable local insider: direct, conversational and connected to the community.
Bernard Walsh represented experience and authority: measured, established and reassuring.
The briefing deliberately assigned each attorney different emotional territory so the campaign could speak to different segments of the Sarasota-Manatee audience.
Building the Content System
Rather than produce 26 unrelated videos, I created five strategic content pillars, each designed to move the audience from stranger toward potential client:
- Local Knowledge
- Insurance Playbook
- Process Demystified
- Who We Are
- The Stakes
The subjects ranged from highly local Sarasota-Manatee information to insurance-company tactics, what actually happens when someone calls a PI attorney, attorney credibility, and time-sensitive legal issues.
The campaign itself followed a deliberate three-stage progression:
Month 1 — Establish
Build recognition and introduce both attorneys.
Month 2 — Educate
Deepen expertise, reveal how the insurance process works and encourage community interaction.
Month 3 — Convert
Increase the stakes and make contacting the firm feel like the natural next step.
The 90-day structure was specifically designed to build familiarity before asking the audience to act.
The Production
I wrote and produced 26 short-form scripts, approximately 35–40 seconds each, using digital counterparts of the two attorneys so the partners could remain consistently visible without repeatedly returning to a production studio.
The production workflow was built around batch scripting, attorney review, AI avatar production and finished social-ready videos delivered for Facebook and Instagram.
The result was not simply a collection of AI videos.
It was a 90-day brand system designed to make two attorneys recognizable, familiar and trusted within their local market.
The Bigger Idea
Traditional PI advertising tends to compete for attention after someone has already been injured.
This campaign was designed to compete earlier.
By consistently putting recognizable attorney faces, useful local information and real expertise into the audience's feed, the strategy aimed to make Justice Pays the familiar name already living in someone's memory when the need for legal help arose.
